I managed to pickup some supermarket shelving fairly cheap through a mates workplace which was going through a major shop refitout. I ended up getting close to a ton of material for the shelving into my little box trailer. It's only a 6x4 but I put heavy duty springs and electric brakes on it awhile ago. :whistling:
I erected the shelf in the background first so that I could figure out how it all went together and also allow me to unload the trailer and have something to lean everything against.
We had also cut some of the support frames down so that we could have a single sided unit in the garage, which I initially was going to do to the ones in the carport and run them down the wall.
I decided to keep them as double bays and run them 90* to the wall and allow enough room for some bikes on the end and the bike lift inbetween the two units. As I am moving everything around it soon becomes apparent that MBS is real. A flock of CBR1000Fs!

We had started the cleanup yesterday ( Sunday with Ruth’s help) and assembled the new shelf unit at right angles to the shed wall. I felt that I could sneak the original unit into place with the engine crane.
At last success!
Still plenty of cleaning up to do and rearranging before it is all done.
