Motorcycle Jacks/Lifts

Many of us are getting to the point where crawling around on the floor to perform work on our bikes is getting harder all the time and a motorcycle lift would be a fantastic accessory to have! But, which one? Dollars and cents are always an issue and many folks head to Harbor Freight to get their very inexpensive jack/lift. Well, after watching these videos, my money is on the American made J&S lift! :shock:

HATE giving up floor space, :roll: but really love my Handy B OB table. :yes: Bought back in 04, have used it so much, can't imagine not having it around. :smilie_happy:

Motorcycle lift comparison... more like a 10 minute info-mercial for J&S. My HF jack doesn't do so well when I have the 1100 all dressed up with the extra's but it lifts the 1200 just fine. If you use a jack, or anything else, for more than it was designed for of course you will obtain poor results.

I have the Harbor Freight one that sort of works like a fork lift. It works pretty good. I have had it for 2 years. I think I bought it back then for $140 on a coupon deal.

I have an old sears lift that bleeds down but I bought a 3 ton jack to put on it.

Had had a Sears lift for years before my table. :roll: H F has a nice table for the money, a friend of mine has had one for a good 5 years, with no problems. :salute:

I got an Autozone lift with a Corvair engine I bought a few months ago, and it's nice! Wish I'd had it when I was building the '83...
