My short visit with ansimp and his brother...

As luck would have it I got a chance to visit with ansimp and his brother after all on their road trip. I met up with them at a local Home Depot just minutes from my apartment. Tony and Kim are great guys, they were working on improving the mount for Tony's I phone on the rat's nest's fairing. Kim owns a beautiful Harley Road King, and I got a chance to hear the rat's nest running, and I'll tell ya Old Girlfriend never sounded that nice, Tony has done wonders with her. I also got the chance to escort them for a few miles on an alternate route I suggested, saving them the trouble of taking the I-15 through the resort corridor. Hopefully he'll post some video of the short escort.

I voided the warranty last night on the haul from LA to Vegas 6000rpm plus for quite awhile Which translates to 90-95 mph as we wanted to get there asap. Didn't make Durango tonight so we are holed up in the Super 8 in Cortez. Not bad considering when I was separated from Kim in Page Az I happened to make a few infractions that a local LEO was kind enough to write up so that I have a hard copy and I can contribute to the local economy.

Trip is going well except for the ticket. I try and stick to interstates for just that reason. Looks like the rats nest is doing what it was made to do.
