I've been riding for more than 50 years, owned 30+ bikes, (Imperial, British Standard and Metric), but love the Goldwings most of all. I currently own four naked GLs. I've always done my own wrench work, (good therapy). When I retired from gainful employment, people noticed I was riding some 'older' -Wings. Invariably, someone would tell me a story about their, (or a friends's) GW that's been parked for 15+ years and they'd really like to be riding again. Long story short - I have a one man shop, work way too many hours and 4-cylinder Goldwing 'resurrection' is about 80% of my work.
I don't get to ride my bikes as much as I should ... but I sure get to ride a whole bunch of Goldwings!
