My name is Albert Taylor. I have ridden motorcycles since I was about twelve. Motocrossed for 12 years. I have just traded my 1983 CX 500 C for this 1985 Aspencade 1200. It ran good but had a bad stator, after asking a price from a local shop ($1800 plus parts) I took the task on myself. It took about a month to complete but finally finished. Since she was about eight colors, I repainted with a rattle can. What do ya expect when I only make about $225 a week. anyway, I love her and will do alot of TLC. Next on the agenda is fixing the seals behind the timeing pullies. I also tried the fork seal cleaning tool....worked great. I am a member of CMA , Christian Motorcycle Association and have friends in many other clubs. Thanks for your time.
