Hello Fellow Bikers, my name is Paul and I live in Johannesburg South Africa, this is where the weather is stunning and we get many days of 100% sunshine. I am new to this so excuse me if I am rambling on and if I am in the wrong place. I have just bought (used) a GL1800 and also own a VFR1200FD. My question relates to the Gold Wing Radio. I want to be able to tune it to 94.2 MHz but it will not tune to any "even" number, so I can get 92.5 and 94.7 but as I say not 94.2. Any suggestions.

Welcome to Classics! Sounds like you might have an "American" market radio on your bike where stations are odd numbered. I don't know if there is a way to change it or not. Is it an original stereo?

Welcome from Oz. Post some pictures of your rides. I loved the vfr1200 that I test rode.

Welcome to the site, Sorry cant help with the radio..Mine is an 1100 and probably different. Something that may work if you have a stereo/mono switch is to use mono. Sometimes mono will give you manual tuning instead of automatic, then tune in the station and save it to memory.
