"Scrap the '83" - how sad. But, parts is parts!

Help Support Classic Goldwings:
The 83 had a 1000 engine which I will save for parts. I have lost the title to it, and needed parts for the 79. I hate to do it, but I had alot more money to spend to get it going. I now have a running bike that I like alot! Just have to paint the bags and trunk and I'm good to go. I cut the cross-over pipe out of the 83 exhaust to fit the 79. It looks good but is loud. I have to figure out how to block off the pipe stubs left behind.
