the noises are coming from the right rotor,,, pads have slightly tore up about 3/8'' of the inside right rotor from the top or outside of rotor down... i think everything is working correct mechanically,, like the dang pad is resting on the rotor ? not building any heat,, caliper is loose when i grab it,, I've also cleaned everthing about 3 times now,, also have ordered some oem pads. The brakes on mine are like the 1200 brakes

Not sure which side is linked to the rear but it could be the right. If so maybe your foot position is pressing the brake just enough to keep that one pad rubbing.

Right is linked  You may be able to adjust brake rod length on the rear master to Change peddle position.

No play in it. Might be the peddle is binding or sticky. Might want to remove it and clean it up then re grease it.

exactly,, it needed a cleanin bad,, and my bike has some narly one of a kind stainless plates on the side,, i opened them up for more clearance for the foot brake pedal,, . Drove it to the saturday night dance,, (think im going to be trading off Pam for Joyce),, .. No improvement,, guess i will have to wait until the new oem pads get here.. not much else i can do,,,, ? let some air in the caliper? till the new pads arrive? need another bike,, fix on one,, ride the other

If it's free now you can try swapping the brake pads in the caliper. Inside pad to outside. Might make it useful for now.

tried the pad swap,, made it worse,, just threw a quick caliper rebuild at it,,, some improvement,, But,,, the bracket that holds the caliper and the caliper itself are so loose on the bike,,, needs a bushing replaced or something,, looks like the main bushing is in the fork,, near the TRAC adjustment,,, maybe mentioning how loose everythiong is will ring a bell with someone... i can't seem to stop riding the dang thing,,, probly shouldn 't be,,

Mount bolts should hold everything tight. Only in - out movement should be possible and not much of that. The caliper piston doesn't actually return but just goes slack.

the inside mounting bracket has movement,, then the caliper has more,, thing has alot of play,, i put some teflon tape on the most forward bolt that goes into the fork,, then the larger upper bolt in a last ditch effort tonite,,, an awful lot of play there,,,... big bushing in the fork,, think i have another set of forks around,, i could try swapping bushing,, .. haten me some kevlar, metallic disc eatn pads,,, im about as easy on the brakes as you can get to begin with.
