Actually it isn't. It's either a 4 or six wheeler. Interesting build.

I think you may have a point. Some states require the operator for any vehicle with two or three wheels to wear a helmet as it is classified as a motorcycle. This one could be a gray area.

it wouldn't be a grey area, if it has four or six wheels it wouldn't be classified a motorcycle and would need crash bumpers, seat belts and all else that goes with making a car or light duty truck. one of the trike company's show some four wheeled wings a few years ago and a few bought them only to find out they were not legal on the roads
