Is there a gasket that, if it went bad, would cause a oil drip on the housing below my timing belt? I have the covers removed to run exposed belts and finally saw the drip that is covering my right boot in oil while riding. It isn't coming from the cylinder head cover that I can tell, but rather from behind the pulley.
In addition, I know I have to replace the shifter seal as it is leaking as well...is that an easy install? I am afraid of labor involved since part is rather inexpensive...experience has taught me that just because part is cheap that the fix is easy.
Thanks in advance for your help guys.
Anyone in Vegas who are "guru's" I would love to meet up and learn more about this beast.
