Oring's

Oring passage in front cover Water side. There was some buildup within the Oring groove when I removed the case. Now the Oring has a flat spot in it. Not case to case But groove to oring. Just wondering if it mite be okay. It was only on one the left side. Cheep enough to replace. Re-usable or no.

Probably reuseable but why? A fresh O ring will seal tighter and last.

Better not to chance it. 0rings are cheap. Why take a chance?

Do you want to open it up again to change them? It's open now, change them now.

Definitely all new O rings should go in the front cover.
They control oil and coolant. Both bad if they leak.

I would change everything at that point, all the o rings and the seal...easy to get to, easy to replace, and a better feeling it was done.

+1 on replacing the o-rings. You don't want coolant in the oil, especially after all the work you've done!
