Just joined this site. A few months ago I sanded slick and painted / cleared the grainy plastic forward of the seat including the dash. Used ColorRite stuff. Turned out really nice. Plan to do the rear speaker area at some point. While I had it apart I also did the LED conversion for the instruments (BIG difference).

Welcome from North TEXAS DFW area..... nice job... I have used krylon semi gloss to touch up my 1100 dash and door... also on my 1200.... Found out years ago that gas wouldn't cut or mess with this brand paint.. and it will melt the abs if used too heavily (contains acetone which takes shaved abs and makes glue)... need light coats and plenty of drying between coats.
