having a lot of trouble purchasing stuff from there website, and no way to get ahold of them.... any ideas? I will be sending them a letter by snail mail,, I can't email them because my "default email client"? isn't installed.. pretty ridiculous when you do business, but can't post a phone number... you have to login with them,, and I used a business name w/my name,, and that makes my credit card not work and that's as far as I can get. oh,, and I bought my parts somewhere else!

sheesh it seems the internet want all other forms of contact not available ... just pure greed is all I can think of to do this way ..im sure others have justified in there mind reasons ...but not me ...is flat out is what it is in my view

As far as 'default email client' is concerned,
It's because your clicking on an email address on their web page.
Your browser is then set to open a certain email program, which evidently you don't have installed on your computer.
Instead, right click 'copy' on the email link then you can paste that email address in the 'TO' line in whatever email program you use.

Did you try to change the name on the card line and the ship to line.. dropping the business name? I have ordered from them recently and occasionally I have to edit things.. that works for me... jmho ymmv.. I think they are an overseas company in the fast east I think.. not sure about that as fact

The last I knew they are a Canadian company. I used to buy quite a bit from them as they had free shipping for over $35. They take a few days to get through customs.

I stand corrected they are Canadian.. Ontario to be exact... just looked at the contact info.. like I said I thought off shore. (Begging for forgiveness)...

Not having a contact phone number is bad business in my eyes but then again do ANY eBay sellers post a phone number, right?

It seems much to do with the anti social trend our society is moving into. Heck even my own kids text me when we're in the same house!

I've always appreciated I can call Paul from C5. We text a lot too but he's always open to phone calls.

thanx EVERYONE for the info,, yes, I tried to take the business name off,, good info about the default mail thing,, I did send them a letter and recommended they GET A PHONE! lol
