I have been very happy using Seafoam to keep my carbs clean in the past by adding some to the gas or when wanting to clean up the lower part of the engine by adding it to oil (for cleaning purposes only and only right before changing the oil.)
Well, I thought it worked so well in my carbs and engine in the past, I might try to clean up that grimy, 2 stroke weed whacker. Oh...it cleaned it up alright! Took the lubricity right out of the oil! :cheeky:
It is a very cool (and humbling) sound to listen to a high speed engine grind itself to a stop before realizing it was not running out of gas.........
Anyone need a slightly used, overheated, 2 stroke weed whacker with slightly scored cylinder walls??? :swoon: :smilie_happy:
