shop / mechanic near Austin?

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic / shop for my '83 interstate within 50-ish miles of Austin, TX? I've already found a bad one.

By reading some of your other posts, I would suggest that all you need to do is look in the mirror.

The universities of YouTube and Google and forums like this one are all you really need as far as additional resources. As long as you have a good set of tools, anything is possible

to bad ur not closer to waco as i have found two or three good mechanics here. one has worked on my 75 wing and it is running great.

There is another member in Austin. He's fairly new to the forums, but you might give him a P/M nd see if he knows of a good shop in the area. Heck..he might be able to help ya himself....ya never know.
