Slasher no longer cutting...

We have had plenty of good grass going weather atm and I was cleaning up a little and probably got too keen in some heavy grass/weeds. I realised that the clutch on the pto drive to the slasher was now free wheeling. As I have owned this weapon for about 15+ years and it lives outside in the weather I can't complain about having to do a little maintance once in awhile.

Polished up the rust and swapped the end plate around so if had a nice new surface. Angle...

we call that a brush hog and hog head ....that sure is a heavy duty hog head for small a cutter ...looks like a good friend to keep around

Nice looking property in the background! Any Koala Bears in them trees? Just what kind of critters do you have in that area, Roos, Dingos or platypuses? :?

I use one of those on the 110 acre park that I help to maintain. Everyone else seems to be afraid of it, but it does a number on small trees and bushes. :mrgreen:

For you again Randy.
No dingos or platypus.
Plenty of wallabies, possums and the occasional koalas grunting at night.
Can't forget some of the worlds most deadliest snakes ( 7 of the top 10 are here in Oz)

Seriously, every time I pulled into Fremantle, I over-enjoyed myself while I was there. :salute:

The only place I have gone golfing where kangaroos and not rabbits came out of the bushes! :smilie_happy:
