Well a score in my opinion, out stopping at yard sales and found a box of old cycle magazines, dates as ealy as 72 most 78-82 but some late 80`s and early 90`s too. Definetely some Goldwing stuff in there. 5 bucks well spent.

Yea guys pretty cool and pretty sad too..I just finished the 80` issues and most every aftermarket do-dad oils or performance part was made right here in southern California, many of which have left state or are out of buisness.J&R exhaust,K&N,RC Engineering,Bates,Bassani,Jardine,Lockhart,Hooker to make a short list.
It was all about motorcycles back then, more so then today, fun strolling down memory lane.

:read: :read: :read: Ain't nuttin like readin old mags from when we were just dreamin about vehicles!
Last year at a swap meet, I stopped to look at some old Corvette books. The guys had a TON of old Hot Rod, Popular Hot Rodding, etc. magazines. He was beggin me to take some of those old rags away(free), but I was only interested in the Corvette stuff. Before I left, he managed to sneak about 20 of those old mags in the travel bag I had bought from him....and he was still tryin to get me to take them all! :smilie_happy:
Looking back thru them later was just a flashback.....so much has changed that we don't even think about. Brings back some good times, and some maybe not-so-good times, too. It's also kewl to see & read mags that you bought when they were NEW!
