"Shuffling off to Buffalo"...(I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto!)
Well...it could happen!
I had to drive within a couple of miles of a friggin Tarnader this evening on the way home. It was so close I could reach out and pinch it with my thumb and forefinger, and the dang rain was comin down so hard I couldn't even see the hood of the car! :heat:
We had a series of Tarnaders come thru here this evening...I've heard of 3-4 so far just in this area, but the storms were headed up North. One was just a few miles North of the house.
Hope they fall apart before causing any more damage. Lots of flooding in the area, too. Thankfully, where I live was spared the brunt of the mess, but we did get some heavy rain. I had to uncover my car this morning to go to work...it had several tree limbs down on it from the overnight rains/winds.

Hope youse guys up in Okiehoma, and Kansas don't git hit with this stuff... :nea:

Man! You guys in them Gulf states are nuts! Give me a simple earthquake anyday! :smilie_happy:
(I always wanted to say that)

Stay safe and think ahead.
I am with you scdmarx... a good Quake is much better than a big wind any day of the week... :whistling: :whistling: However I will pray for you who are in tornade ally and those who are in the way of those big winds....I spent 3 months in Oklahoma City back in the 80s and I watched every day from the motel while tornados went through the Norman area south of the motel...and it would reai buckets in seconds.....Great trip but was happy to leave...
