I still have a white spot after looking at the bulbs on. :head bang:

Anyway, nothing amazing to report about these.

Both 120 LED bulbs work, the 102 LED blew a fuse when switching from high to low so they're getting that one back.
Both 120 LED the high low is reversed, evidently Hong Kong is backwards in their wiring.

These emit a blueish light like the HID car headlights. It does look kind of cool but I don't know yet if they emit enough light for me, I'll check it out tonight.

:smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: I'm betting it's more like 120 spots!!! :smilie_happy:

I installed it on my CB cause that's the easiest.

LED vs H4 (XS750)

I would say it's a little brighter and more whitish than H4. In my case, low beam didn't work. I don't know if it's defective LED bulb or bad connection or the fact that I have head light modulator (though it's turned off).

If the current draw is much less than H4, then it's a huge plus but I haven't put my multimeter yet.

I'd have to play with the camera to get a better shot shining down the alley in the last 2 pics but I think you can see the difference.

The LED is totally a flood and non directional like the stock bulb.

It doesn't actually provide a high and low beam on light, low is basically 1/2 the light output of high which makes it basically worthless.

I'm not sure what to think of these and the light it projects.
On one hand it's a more "visible" conspicuous light, on the other hand there is no direction to it, compare it to a flood light bulb ( the LED) and a spot bulb (the stock).

Interesting.
I don't do night riding much but Dan, do you think this LED light makes it difficult to see at night?
My HID bulb has a chrome reflector which covers the top portion of the bulb. That means H4 halogen is directional by nature while HID and LED are non- directional (I know LED is highly directional but in our bulb they are placed non-directional manner.)

I did current draw test. LED hi only draws 0.5A where as regular H4 draws 4.2A. Lo bean on the second LED unit didn't work either. As Dan says, something is different in pin assignments? As expected (?), this thing doesn't come with any manual/instruction/schematic at all. I guess I can ask the seller.

I think this LED bulb is ideal for day time running light.

BTW, I used the following pin assignment I googled.

Well looking right at the headlight with LED then stock I'd say the LED makes the front of the bike more visible and conspicuous since it is a different color light.

Being a different color light than most surrounding street lights and other vehicles I think would tend to grab the attention of oncoming traffic making us more visible.
That's my opinion as far as BEING seen.

As far as seeing ahead with this LED they are seriously lacking, stock beats it hands down.

What are the best and cheapest led light bulbs for standard light fixtures?
Considering LED light bulbs to replace 60 Watt Incandescent bulbs. I like the efficient technology, but get sticker shock when I see the prices in at Home Depot and Lowes. The pay back will take a long time and usually the manufacturers product life expectancy is only theoretical.
