since the weather won't let me check the ign. pro blem lets try a smaller one . how do you get the bags to come off. i put the key in and turn it but i can't figure how to get them off. :Awe: any help would be greatful .... :thank_you:

You turn the key and pull the bag toward you. The key turns the cam which widens the gap between two piano wires so that the nipple (?) which is attached to the bag can come through. Maybe your cam is not turning or something rusted stuck?

The clips may be worn out. I had to get these https://www.craigvetter.com/pages/Online_Store/Replacement_Parts/Details.html#anchor and turn the cams over to use the good side. Now they work great. I recommend a periodic clean and lube.

thanks agian, i finaly got them off . one of the springs was broke. and only 40 some years don't know wh :headscratch: y? lol
