Anyone got one laying around? I broke one of mine last night installing it onto my new helmet. I manged to get the one mounted on Janet's helmet, and mine was going much faster but I forgot to check the orientation of the boom mic in the clamp as I was tightening it and broke the clamp. So please let me know if you have one available.

Also check craigslist for motorcycle accessories... and put in headset... many people out here in the DFW have removed the OEM radios or had helmets they didn't like that have them installed... I even bought an old Hondaline interstate helmet with an installed headset for $15 at a thrift store.. removed from the helmet and installed in a grandkids helmet..

Thanks again Joe!

But looky what I found! :yahoo:

Only the exact part I needed for only $35!!! Check J&M Headset on Ebay, not only are most of them the wrong set(close but wrong) the ones that are almost exactly the same are outrageously priced.

Now I have to deal with Janet, I took the money from the forbidden place to pay for it...I don't care for only $35 it's worth whatever I will endure. :Doh2:

ChromeWorld is where I get my J&M stuff....for some reason it's less expensive than right from J&M!
Chrome World came up in my search but I couldn't find this part there, it may be out of production/stock.

Much easier to get forgiven than permission lol
Usually she sees the logic in this kind of thing. In her head she'll tell herself "well at least he'll shut up now." :hihihi:
