Ha, ha, made ya look.

Well it's about as rare as a dinosaur or unicorn.

I need a rust free damage free used GL 1100 exhaust system complete.

See I told ya.

Most used ebay exhaust look fairly rough.
No I don't want Harley takeoff's and new systems are cost prohibitive on these old bikes.

Watch for some used Jardine exhaust. It's what I bought. Yep pristine 1100 exhaust is rare as hen's teeth and very expensive if they can be found.

Yeah,
Mine has had some pinhole leaks for a while but yesterday one side blew about a quarter sized chunk out. Now it sounds like an old tractor.

You could get a couple cherry bomb mufflers and some pipe and build your own exhaust. VHT header paints look pretty good.

Do you have a garage around that makes up exhaust systems for cars? :headscratch: NOT a place that uses pre bent pipe, but a real shop with straight pieces of pipe, of different diameters, a pipe bender, that can enlarge one pipe's end so they fit together?Run it like stock if you like, or a little more creative. :ahem: Place that i've used for some time now, has a stainless coated pipe of some sort, that lasts about three times longer than stock does. When he found i wanted an unpolished, quiet, under stated, in appearance, exhaust for my bike, he seemed to take a bit of interest. He ones the place, :good: exhaust work is not hard with all the right equipment, :nea: can keep an eye on things, make money at the same time, & get a little creative, if he wants to. Place has been there for as long as i can remember, & has a good reputation. Its been several years now, should check back, & as much as i would like to, don't really need to, :nea: & cost always seems to be an unpleasant factor in so many things.
