This incident happened a couple days ago, but I'm still ranting...
There I wuz, riding along, mindin my own gdam bidness, and here comes this stoopid bitch in the right lane plowin over into MY lane. She had been haulin ass in the lane to my right and ran up on a car I was just about to ride past in my left lane. Bitch hits her brakes, and just blasts right over to the left, right on top of me. Had I not swerved, it would have been all over for me....this was at hiway speeds(which is 75> around here). I actually kicked the side of her truck, and was blasting the air horn....bitch never even looks.....well....I take that back...she looked, but it was down at her ****** PHONE....textin. She finally looks up after a little, with me now right along side of her, blastin the horn, kickin the truck, and hollerin. She gives me a smug look, and KEEPS ON TEXTING. Stoopid ****** bitch.

What the hell is it that makes everyone just abso-******-lutely HAVE to text, or otherwise play with their gdamn phones while driving? I don't have a "smart" fone....mine just takes and makes phone calls....that's all it's s'posed to do. If it's that gdam important.....no wait..scratch that....there ain't NOTHING so important that can't wait until you stop, or get to your destination to text, or look at your ****** stock portfolio, send a picture of yer weenie to some bitch(or dude), or whatever the hell it is that ya'll are doin INSTEAD OF DRIVING.

Can't text while on a bike? Wanna f-ing BET? The very same day, I saw a dum assed jerk on a Hardly textin while riding right in front of me....bastard was all over the ****** lane.....stoopid son da bitch.....

Sorry fellers...I been holdin that in for days...between that, and the death of my step-son(don't even get me started on the shenanigans his dad's side of the family is is attempting), I been in a FOUL assed mood lately..... :sensored: I'll go sit in the corner now....but I am NOT gunna think aboot what I've done.... :mrgreen:

I hear ya..Still wishing for a solar storm or something that will wipe out communications, then sit back and watch these idiots go krazy. Like you I come from an era of phone booths and it had to be important to find one, stop and make the call. Now there are people losing their lives over "what cha doing" and other stupid talk.
Went to the post office today and like a gent I held the door open for a woman, she got in line in front of me and proceded to talk away on her cell phone, actually she was talking as I held the door. Call after call over 5 of them she was either making or returning them saying absolutely nothing important..I wish I had a communications device , I felt like talking just to throw her off.
I think we have lost our minds, I see adults are getting sucked into this **** too. I`m an anti technology kinda guy, there is some useful thing but the majority is trim.

Don't apologize Joel, you have every right to rant!!! I witnessed a 6-car wreck on the 5 freeway a few months ago, caused by a worthless ******* texting. He veered into the left lane and hit the front end of an older Suburban, knocking it out of control. One of the victim drivers was in a Mini, and she got t-boned into the center concrete divider. She will probably be bed-ridden for life! The ******* turd of an animal who caused it all then took off, but was followed by myself and several others. To everyone's shock and amazement (not!!), he's a ******' illegal, with no insurance! I'm sure he was deported, and is probably already back, and still texting!

Why the hell do you have to text when you can talk hands-free? Like you said, Joel, nothing is that important!

I'm responsible about it. Never while moving but I see dipshits all the time while moving.
I love all the technology, it's those that abuse it who ruin it for the rest of us.

I've made the very same rant dozens of times. Mostly while in traffic. I see the cops doing the same **** too. I do enjoy the technology. I also would love to see a solar flare somehow wipe out all of it for at least a week planet wide. Most of these ***** around would have committed suicide by then. Text me all you like. You won't be getting an answer. if you call you'd better hope I'm in my vehicle in a parking lot. My phone stays in the vehicle and won't be answered moving.

Oh yeah, I'm all about technology! Love it! And there's a time and place for texting - if you're busy, using your hands and get a message, when you get a break, you can return it. Very cool. But to carry on an entire conversation via texting is like using Morse code - I'd rather talk. And there is bluetooth for hands-free talking. No excuses for distracted driving!!!

Most of the ******** that text while driving (moving) simply don't give a **** about anyone but themselves.
