When I put iso grips on mine I could not put the standard rocker on the grip, at least I did not try to spread it that far, I did see that the iso grips had a place to attach to the end of the grip but was kinda afraid to get one. can they be adjusted out of the way as easy as the standard rocker?

Since they attach on the grip end with 4 set screws, you have a range of motion of about 90 degrees to adjust its position to your liking. I think most of us adjust it so the heel of your hand rests on it at normal highway speeds.... I have found it really helps, even though I do have and use a throttle lock.
