    I just went out and did some measurements, but it's coooooold out in the shop. The 1100 wheel AND the 1200 wheel measured at 13" edje of tire to center of axle. But this is with the tire on.     I just put the complete front end from a 84 aspy on my 82 standard. I used the calipers from the 82 because the 84 had different size pistons on each side. the (used) pads on the 82 calipers fit over the vented discs of the 84 rotors. The fork stops are just fine.
