1000 for sale

Two blocks away from me, this is a pretty clean ol'bike. I'd call it a decent price, too. I see it parked all the time at the house, but I don't know the owner and don't know anything particular about the bike. I don't want a 1000. And I don't have the money right now, unless I put it on a credit card, and I'm haveing a hard time justifying that. But maybe somebody else could use this?
