I need to rebuild or replace the shocks on my 1100. They don't hold air and the springs are absolutely shot. I haven't decided which way to go yet but if i replace them I was wondering if the 1200 shocks will be a bolt on swap....I'd like to get the extra height with the longer shocks. Thanks!

Believe that i read sometime ago,83 would take the transplant. :headscratch: If the cans are in good shape, most if not all take the same seals, new springs, & dampers, take care of them bolting up. Now you have a new set of shocks for a lot less cash, sometimes longer or shorter dampers are available, as well. :read:
