I didn't buy these carbs to actually use, I bought them to play with..So I'm not knocking anyone...

If pics were posted of these carbs in the first place (like they should have been in post 1) then they would have been accurately represented.

For Sale forum rules:

For Sale or Wanted
Be descriptive in your post with as much detail as possible.

In order to help prevent misunderstandings between the seller and buyer, list as much detail about your item(s) as you can with clear pictures whenever possible, seller should note any flaws in the parts, etc.

I am going to start requiring at least one photo be posted of the item(s) being sold. The pictures can be linked to offsite but they must be an actual picture of YOUR part, not a pic pulled from the web.
This applies to everyone. Existing listings can remain in place.

wow beav that worked good ive been following this some .....seems to have worked good .....thise carbs are dry and things are loose that rubber involve maybe ....from here one will have to get float pins out ....this is where a jig would be big help ...so many float towers are broke on wing carbs ....the one 75 rack i have i took a dremel and cutoff wheel and cut the floats out or sould say pins and you have to doit right next to the tower to make sure its he least threat to breaking the tower...it was still iffy getting them out ...id say the pins are the easy to replace ....all that went well ....now i have a float valve seat stuck and the choke and linmage is still stuck ...im on break with it

okay dan i remember beave saying they didnt have to be anything good he was just testing he jig ...but i understand your point ....it just wasnt that kind of thing going on here ...they were sold as junk carbs ....i think its sort of neat beavs got these carbs ...cant wait to see what he dose with them ...most think i was screwed too on a set of carbs ...but i knew they were stuck when i bought them ....but i wanted them anyways ....i think everything is a gamble on 30plus yr old parts ...ive made good gambles and bad ...but my talent to deal with wings has grown the whole time .....

anyway peace with all of us ...this is no big deal at all ....some idiots like me took 2yrs and the help from the entire forum and you espescialy to post a pic ....oh my ...and im still an idiot computer jockey  :laptop: :headscratch: :laptop: :headscratch: :help: :help:

I hate to impose rules, even more so I hate to enforce them but I really do think a one pic minimum is totally fair and easy enough to do.
If anyone needs help learning how, the mods and myself are happy to help.

its mot a bad rule ....and you i certainly have gotton the help i needed from the mods ....im just saying glider 101 didnt misrepresent anything and i dont want him to feel bad ...i have no ideal what was paid and its none of my buisness either ...it all between beav and glider as it sould be ....and they seem settle on it ....beav like me ...he see a peoblem and gse after it ...its pretty impressive the jet came out within hrs ....cant wait for more and i know going to go after it ...not cause he needs it ..he dont ...but because wants to and he wont quit on it without trying
