I need front and rear gaskets for 84 1200.
Suggested sources?
Cheap is good.

I'm thinking I should pull the trigger and get the full gasket set but those say " does not include oil seals".
Does that mean the front cover oil seal o rings aren't included?

front cover...gasket and seals, orings, this is a pretty good deal dan, if you get one, trace some gaskets off on some gasket material before you get anything on it.

rear gasket, this is not a bad deal either, you can do the same, trace you some gaskets off on some other material if you get one....save some money down the road.

Gorgfix says he can't get the clutch cover.

Cost wise in the long run it's cheaper to get a full gasket set.
I'm seeing them ranging $130 complete ALL gaskets and o rings to $199 for a partial set.
Any experience with these sets?

Hi Dan, I did buy a full set on E-Bay for my 1979 1000. The set I got had all the gaskets and O rings. The set came from England at a price of around $65.00 . The gaskets where very well made and fit , no problems. I would give the name but, I dont remember the place, at my age we forget :headscratch: . LOL

The "Full" gasket set I bought had EVERYTHING...except usable head gaskets, and the oil seal that fits in front of the oil pump, to seal against the water pump drive shaft.
This one...

Pretty sure they were a Vesra set..got it on fleabay. :headscratch:

Ship was fairly fast 16 Jan left LA and arrived Brisbane the 6th of Feb. Just the shipper and I took a long time to have all our ducks in a row
