If shipping weren't so outrageous. I'd like to try to put that carb rack back together.

The issue here is if it doesn't get gone, it will be gone and lost forever - not storing for long term. Let me box it up and get a cost. Need Zip code I guess.

Cleaning up the air shocks I took off. Clean up very nicely. The boots are in great shape as well. Pulled the boots down and there is no visible sign of leaking so will leave alone. Had a look at the parts fiche and there doesn't seem to be anything to do to these air shocks if there are no leaks. Will clean up the second one next.

The headers I took are cleaning up quite nicely. The right header is in good condition. The header nipple is in good condition as well. Will be cleaning it and applying a skim of JB weld to seal the outside.

So far a good haul.

Going through the last remnants of the parts/pieces. Have a starter I will rebuild if possible, a slipstream windscreen in good condition and a set of drag specialty chrome valve covers. Not a bad haul all round.

Had to be selective, not a lot of storage space. Will be keeping an eye out for anther basket case here on the island. Can't keep all the parts, but may be able to salvage some of the more unique and rare ones.

Have everything cataloged and in bins for ease of storing and finding items. My plan is to put some of the more interesting items on the local buy/sell (Used Victoria). Will put together a list of items and post here. Don't want to keep forever collecting dust.

Interesting items are:

Chrome rotor covers with drag specialty accent lights - lights work and have the pair to suit the covers

Chrome engine covers

Plastic - grey - engine covers - reasonable shape and both sides

Regulator/Rectifier for carbed 1200 - checked IAW OEM manual and checks out good
Regulator/Rectifier off my '85 LTD - checked IAW OEM manual and checks out good
Aspencade digital dash - CDN version - with Aspencade in the lower left corner

113K Kms on the odometer
Rear arm rest/storage pockets - black in colour - in good shape, no tears or cracks

Kept the saddlebag lids - grey in colour - read of people loosing these. Used to have storage brackets attached, not anymore. Holes are there, but can be plugged up.

Slaghost gets the carbs - working on boxing.
