31 Inches

I like snow, but 31 &$%# inches in one :sensored: storm is too :sensored: much!

We got about 23" here. And I screw up because I went out yesterday to plow and snow is to deep for my 14hp garden tractor to push the snow.
I learn a lesson. I should have plowed friday night when I got home from work at 11pm and again saturday morning, but I figured I wait till later saturday afternoon but to late to push snow now.

Yeah... I am having a hard time agreeing with that concept!

We only got 24" here. 4' drifts everywhere though! :yahoo: (I like snow...it is winter.) My youngest daughter (18 YO now) and her friend are building a serious snow fort. Reinforced roof, windows, stove in the corner.......

yep that is a bit much. I'd rather see snow on postcards than in person.

Someone is going to complain it's global warming if it snows too much, or if it snows too little......sheesh.

Every winter it's the same. We have a huge group of people who are surprised by the snow. (like it never happened before). And another huge group that spouts global warming caused xxyyzzxzy whether it was bitter cold unusually warm or snow chin deep to a tall giraffe global warming / climate change caused it. There are still a few of us who remember it will snow and buy snow tires and drive accordingly. But not many.

I don't mind snow, and I expect it every year. If the media didn't blow it out of proportion, it wouldn't be so bad. I just dont want to see another "journalists" holding a yardstick and measuring the area that has just been plowed...
