This lighting panel control board was made in the mid to late 70's by Strand Century and it is the Series 1 model.

It uses these connected with a single wire out the right end of the handle to power each stage light:

That part plugs into these sockets like a old telephone switchboard operator connected calls:

We're looking for those male plug assemblies.

It has a copper or brass fitting that screws onto a center rod inside the plastic outer shell, a 12 gauge stranded wire is connected to the end of the center rod.

Any ideas where to get these?
The customer has already tried the manufacturer so the net or a collector maybe?
 
A lot of High schools used those boards back in the 70's. Most were changed to modern digital lighting boards. Parts might be available from some of the old Broadway house theaters in New York. Also, a little of smalltown thaeters and stages used those boards. Find an old theater converted to movies and you might still find the old lighting board back stage.
