This guy does a VERY good job at explaining the basics of electricity on vehicles in simple to understand terms.
Not just about grounding, he touches just enough on the basics of electricity and electrical flows to make it easy to understand.

Nice feature - very glad you found this. A lot of it is good old fashioned common sense , it is easy to get complacent and forget the basics .

I recently wired up an old 400 Honda for a friend and removed the surplus wiring that Honda insist on including in order to make a "one fit all markets" loom. Uprated wire with modern stuff and now the bike charges at 14.4 volts - up from its original 13 that the bike generated with new battery and new R/R. . Main improvement was the fact that all grounds are separate . However I chose to solder the joints instead of using crimped connections.
