I caught myself earlier almost posted the wrong place.
If you accidently submit the post and you catch it right away, most users cannot delete a post but in the first hour can edit the text so go into your post by using the edit function and delete the text. Would be a good idea to make a note in that post to the mods asking to delete that post.
