ABS ??? Cruise ???

anybody have any Idea what this is ??? maybe Cruise ??? or maybe ABS ???

Back in the 80's I saw a lot of Tractor Trailers with almost the same thing on the Trailer Wheels .......

That's part of the magnetic pickup for a aftermarket auto type cruise control.
There should also be 2 or 3 magnets on the wheel hub if they haven't come off.

Yes , there are at least 4 or 5 small Magnets on the wheel .......... thanks Dan. I knew some of you guys would know..... thanks a Bunch. :salute:
