adding xm radio,, to old stereo? how?

gf having a fit ,, no xm in my old park avenue! mainly that,, but would be nice for the Goldwing too, idk how new gadgets work,, could someone clue me in?
 
I`m guessing but I think you can use your existing radio and get an XM to modulate to it, I would search XM modulate that would be the correct term. Maybe this is what you need. what it does is modulate the XM signal to a designated FM tuning area, one that any other FM station is not using.
Are you saying I wont have any radio when I move there?
