Just joined the group this morning.
Hope to find some valuable information from the site and it's member's.
I live in Henderson, Ky and am the proud owner of a 1981 GL1100 Interstate.
It is in about 1000 pieces right now.
Started with just getting a set of new tires, to pulling the engine and replacing the stator.
Rebuilding front and rear master cylinders and calipers and installing new brakes.
New wheel, swing arm and steering head bearings.
Remove, paint and seal the fuel tank.
New fork seals.
A quick tire change snowballed into a winter long project.
In about 2 weeks she should be back on the road, I can't wait.
