Another new member on an old bike

I just bought my 1984 GL 1200 Interstate a month ago. It had 25,500 and some minor issues. My girlfriend thought I was a bit crazy buying the bike as my Yamaha V-Star 650 had only 24,500 miles on it and "looked" prettier. I took her for a ride and she understood.

Even though the GoldWing is nearly 30 years old, after an oil change she is running smooth. Looking forward to some extended trips in the future as the weather improves. As for now, I ride her every day to work and back as long as it is not raining.

Thanks to the host for putting on this forum and thanks to those that answer questions.
