Was just wondering if any other CGW Riders who also ride/own a Helix.
I absolutly LOVE mine. So much fun because its so light to throw your leg through & go for a ride. If its just a ride to the grocery store or a leisure ride through the country side.
Seems kind of odd because both of these I lost when married to my ex wife. I'm getting my Goldwing back Tuesday that I had to sell almost 16 years ago to pay for her medical bills.
And the Helix I lost to her in divorce. Even though this one is not the same Helix it puts the same  on my face when riding it.
I love to personalize my stuff. Here is my Helix when I brought it home.

Burgman is Silverbullet.
I'm leaning toward naming my Old Wing "Survivor Wing 3" Since I've owned 3 wings. She was the first.
Plus when I take ownership it would have survived 3 wifes!
1. Bought it with the first wife.
2. Lost it to the second wife.
3. Came home to the 3rd wife! :yahoo:

I have no scooters but I have plenty of bikes and projects. Oh! And three exe wives. Nice looking little scooter.

Did you put a new seat on it?Great job on the stripes.

I used to coordinate a scooter rally in Eureka Springs AR. We had a Helix vendor who attended past rallys & passed away.
I wanted a black seat simply because I felt it looks better. I contacted his wife, She had one left that he had recovered. She sold it to me along with the butt pad cover. I then sent Utopia a picture of it to see if they could match the pattern to make a backrest and they did a fine job.
The Helix seat is known as the "Barcolounger" because of its comfort. Probably the most comfortable stock seat built on a scooter. The backrest makes it complete.
