Article in Cycle World of the GL 1200 Aspencade

Hi,
i have seen in our forum is an article of the 1100 in Cycle World and i found the one of the 1200 Aspencade from Cycle World in the 80s and downloaded it. I wonder if it is legal to upload it in here or not.
do you think i should first ask if yes or not before uploading it?
Or is it ilegal anyway?
I prefer the old articles because they drove the bikes as new bikes testing them the right way. In a classic magazin they do not drive to the extreme and so you never see if the bikes are really that good it is expected, they do not want to risk breaking things, they take care.

I think you have to state it's copyrighted and state who owns the copyright.

Go for it. There are lots of forums that link to these road tests. I don’t own any rights to them and only post road tests that I have physical copies of for sale.
