I usually consider this kind of stuff little more than "snake oil," but Janet brought this home and asked me to try it. I warned her it could make our badly oxidized plastic headlight lenses worse, but she persisted.

I have to say I'm very impressed. The desert here is very hard on headlight lenses and ours were no different than any other 9-10 year old cager. With a fair but not excessive amount of elbow grease our lenses are now clear. In fact I can't believe how well it worked. They don't look factory new, but very close. I have an old windshield from Old Girlfriend, so I'm going to try it on some of the rougher scratched areas and I'll report the results here.

At $10-$12 I recommend this product.

It will work on just about any plastic. That is one of the better kits. The 3M one is the best by far but it is a lot more involved

I just use a scratch and swirl polish from Turtle Wax that works well but maybe that is just the elbow grease
