If you were missing side covers then this may not be such an expensive item. My bum needs a rest after 4 gals, so I think that they would only be warranted for a Nullabour run.

i think slabghost is right ....i like where the oldwing gas tank is ...it is quite protected.... down low center of gravity and making oldwing very nimble like ...this tank kind of off centers quite a bit of weight if full and is for sure more dangerous and priced like gold ...ill find a gas station
