All too soon, too. :rant:
We were REALLY lucky, tho...we drove thru Joplin MO just an hour before the tornado destroyed the town.

I'm sure glad we didn't decide to stop for the nite....that place is heavily damaged. Best wishes for all of the survivors there....

Anyway...we went up to Illynoy for a Corvette event. While having a cook-out at the hotel one evening(hotel provided one every evening for us), I spotted a SWEEET '80-'81 Aspy in the lot. I managed to get a couple of pics before it was gone. Never saw the rider, tho...
Saw a TON of bikes on the way back, driving thru Missouri. I figured there must have been some event in Branson, or something like that....couldn't go a couple of miles without seeing a herd of bikes going the other direction! Mostly Hardlys, but a few Beemers and 'Wings in the mix too.

Glad to be back home, but sure wished the vacation would last a little longer....werk SUX!! :rant:

I have to call in sick. And even then they call the house 15 minutes later to make sure I'm dieing.

I haven't had a paid vacation for 12 years, part of the down falls of being self employed but then I can take time off any time I want :cheeky:

glad you had a nice vacation and missed the storms on the way back home. i get a paid vacation but its more like paid time off cause i don'rt have much money to go anywhere
