first off .....i like the 1100 head over the 1000 head ...it simply has better oil flow than the 1000 head...and is almost the same as 1000 head ...problem is when you use 1000 cams in the 1100 head...where the 1000 stock ignition housing bolt up the machining of the 1100 head is slightly different....

on the c5 this has to be mounted just like 1000 is with the c5 ...because the disc the c5 uses has to perfectly mounted as the window is small for this ....points and dyna really dont have this problem ....not sure what im going to run into but going out now to do it ...will take plenty of pics ...camera dont fail me now as chillidawg needs to figure this out pics are much better than blab especially mine :smilie_happy: :builder: :thanks:

took this pic and thought hmmmm dont really look like 1100 head ...still thought it was ...

ok went and got 1000 ignition housing ...seemed not to go in all the way thought ok its 1100 head....and took pic ...still felt something up slap the ignition housing one time and it went all the way in ...apparently the jyd build dose have 1000 heads on it ...LOL so this whole thread is just joedrum memory loss of what im doing or have done and forgot ...my memory is the biggest liar about me :headscratch:

ok dont worry chilli the whole idea is to get the ignition housing flat to head ....on the 1100 head ...i will address this with you ....if you want and if i have one ..ill make it for you ....pm me if you want ...i will do it all by hand ... but im going to continue this this thread as fitting it all is still part of the install .....and is getting done today just dont do nothing and we will take of your problem.....
