Can you identify this chrome piece?

So I’m almost done restoring this 1987 gl1200 aspencade which has an incredible amount of chrome aftermarket pieces ....enough to build a separate bike
Anyway, I can’t seem to figure out where this piece goes. There are two of them so I’m thinking one on each side? Can you help?

Looks like the piece that goes at the bottom of the fairing over the carbs.there is one each side.

Could they be a front brake caliper covers?

I believe those are chrome accent pieces that went between fuel tank the opening on the carbs. More then likely made by Drag Specialties or Kuryakin.

Aaaah, there it is!! Thank you, that was driving me nuts! I’m almost done with this resto and I must say again that I have never seen so many lights and chrome on any goldwing anywhere! Will get a pic out soon!
