He sold me a set of communicators for a 1984 Aspencade 1200. They were supposed to be OEM. When they arrived the one set was OEM and looked to have been out in the rain for some time. The other set was not even OEM and would not plug in, making the set unusable. Beware when doing bussiness with Cbeagles67.

Misunderstandings are bound to happen from time to time with any sale item even when both parties have the best intentions in mind.
The best thing to do is ask lots of questions and request plenty of pictures to get a good idea of the items offered.
Having done that will hopefully lead to a happy transaction.

He did send a pic of one set. I was only to assume they were both the same. Had he sent a pic of both sets this deal would never have happened. This will not change my life either way just thought I would throw caution out there for others. He might have something rare and special someone is looking for, just make sure you ask him the exact condition. And if there are mutiples such as driver and passenger communicators, make sure you ask to see pics of both and ask condition of both. My heartburn is not that one set was not OEM it is that you could clearly see the connector was different. I noticed this immediately. And with only one set they are useless unless you are going to use them to listen to the radio.
