David Bowie RIP

Wasn't a big fan but had a few songs I liked, They said it was Cancer, led a hard early life but said to be sober last few decades..something like 69-70 years old.

He was good in the movie "Labyrinth" and I liked some of his songs. Not really a fan of his or his lifestyle of indulgence. Sad so many have left us already.

Dude from my time, like d his music but believe it or not I never bought any of his records. I do have 40548 tracks on my computer, I have maybe 300 CD's and about 1000 Vinyl LP's. But I don't think I have anything from him. Going to have to find a discography and download it.

Someone when I was in school said I looked like him. I don't know how that matters but I did like some of his music.

Have a large record collection as well and had five of his albums but sold them off during the vinyl craze a few years back, I realized that besides the hits much of the albums music wasn't for me, a little Bowie goes a long way.

All the old greats that we used to swing too as young uns, with long hair dirty greasy jeans and a big grin with flies in our teeth are now leaving the planet. I hate gettin old, I know it has to come, but I sure thought it would have taken longer. Old DB was a year younger than my wife Lis, it is getting to the stage where soon the question will be how many are left. I gotta get my bike done and on the road, time is short.
