Esso Handy Oil

Been doing a lot of work on my old 1956 flathead 6 cylinder Chris Craft KL (Hercules) engine. While doing parts assembly you always use light oil right? What better oil than some vintage Esso Handy oil? (Vintage engine needs vintage oil right?)
