I have flex in the fairing.
Over bumps the whole fairing shakes bad and seems to be getting worse.
All the bolts are tight.

Anyone else have this problem?

In the dark throw a drop light in the fairing and have done one watch as you fiddle with the fairing.. trickling it and twisting it.. and see if they see light..

When I had to take my radio out I found that the bottom of the fairing on right side had cracked big time. My fairing was doing what you described. It was not. Noticeable until I took that bracket that holds the radio out.

I ended up making a pattern of the bottom of the fairing and cut a metal piece to hold it together. First I used black abs/drywall tape. Then I put the metal in. Drilled holes and put the fairing back on. I did this to both sides since I was already there.
I have not had any more vibration from it since.

I can not say that is what you have.
Keep us posted.

Make sure the 4 hidden 10mm bolts that secure the 2 front support arms to the main bracket are tight. I'm not sure if you can even get to them with the fairing installed. 2 face in and 2 face out.

Does this even make sense???

Yes, looking at a spare mount and fairing I see what you mean. Will see what I can get to and tighten.

I have several 1100 fairings. All broken around the mount area. Every plastic fairing I have owned flexed to some degree. The only fairing I've had with no flex or movement of some kind was a Hannigan on a Suzuki GS1000. Could bang that one up gravel roads with no sign of movement. I think being made of fiberglass made it stiffer and of course their mounts were good although not much different than the standard Vetter type.

Well the thirty plus year old ABS in these fairings must have limitations. I remember now when I did the repairs on old girlfriend's fairing there was a long crack on the lower right part of the inside of the fairing. The repairs plus replacing a couple missing bolts and tightening the rest made it very solid again.

By the way it's sounding I'm going to pull the fairing and have a close look at its mount points.
Oh joy!
Good grief! have fun there boss.

Same with mine:
Cracks around the mount on the bottom on the right hand side.
I made an aluminum plate to repair the damage - this winter I've noticed the crack continued up the back side on the right....more repairs to do - seems like a common failure point from all the posts about the very same issue......
