Good news, after a few communications and photo sent they refunded my purchase price,I have the money back but will be out shipping..2X this month first with the TFS-500 borg warner(car part) and now this one actually advertised to fit the Goldwing..hope they stop advertising these to fit GL`s but I doubt it...Next I`ll try Georgefix..He wont let me down.
Blurry photo for comparison.

How does stock compare to the one I linked you to? If it's just a different connector. I'd be tempted to install a new connector.

The one you got on ebay. Seller should have paid for return shipping cost to. You when thru seller direct not thru ebay.
I know because my boy got screw two months ago. From a item he sold working and after 40 days buyer told ebay not working and ebay send buyer return postage label and was charged to my account.
Look it up on ebays new return policy. Up to 6 months to return item for any reason and buyer doesn't have to pay return shipping cost. Everybody selling on ebay is bitching about there new return policy, No reason. So now you can buy and item use it and return just like in a department store.

For fan switch I brought this one here over winter for $18.85

The one you linked to has mini spade receptacle instead of bullet type, I will plan on getting 2 mini spade females and crimp&solder a short solid core copper wire to them and on the other side 2 male bullets (just like in the pics) , pot the well with sealant then be able to use my stock fan connector so no new connector would be needed.
